BuyOnceBiz sells digital products only. Every template you buy from https://buyoncebiz.store is delivered electronically, by download link, straight to your email inbox. This page explains how digital delivery works, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.

BuyOnceBiz is operated by Mohamed Essanhaji, Sole Proprietorship, 1155 Vantassell St, Bathurst, NB E2A 4C7, Canada.

1. Digital Delivery Only

Nothing physical is ever sent. There are no delivery fees, no waiting, and no delivery address required. You only need a valid email address and an internet connection.

2. Delivery Time

Your download link is sent automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. In rare cases, such as a payment that needs extra verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Depending on your checkout, a download button may also appear directly on your order confirmation page.

3. What You Receive

Your delivery email includes:

  • a secure download link for every file included in your purchase;
  • each template in both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel formats, in English and French, as described on the product page;
  • instructions for opening the files, including how to make your own copy of a Google Sheets template; and
  • for Ultimate Vault customers, the setup guides included with that bundle.

Some bundles are delivered as a compressed folder (.zip file). Most computers can open these by double-clicking the file.

4. Where We Deliver

Because delivery is electronic, our products are available to customers worldwide, including Canada, the United States, and the Netherlands, wherever the purchase is permitted by local law.

5. Delivery Cost

Delivery is free. The price you see at checkout covers the product and any applicable taxes; no delivery charge is ever added.

6. Access to Your Files

We recommend downloading your files as soon as you receive them and saving them somewhere safe, such as your computer or cloud storage. For security, download links may expire after a set period or a set number of downloads. If your link has expired, simply email us with your order number and we will send you a new link free of charge.

7. Future Templates (Ultimate Vault)

Ultimate Vault customers receive new templates added to the BuyOnceBiz library after their purchase. These are delivered by email to the address used for the original order, at no extra cost. Please keep that email address up to date by letting us know if it changes.

8. If Your Download Does Not Arrive

  1. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from BuyOnceBiz.
  2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly. You can find it on your order confirmation page.
  3. If you still cannot find it after 30 minutes, email baderfanrico@outlook.fr with your order number and the name used at checkout, or call +1 506-828-2345.

We will resend your link, usually within 1 business day. If we are unable to deliver your products within 3 business days after you contact us, you are entitled to a full refund, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Technical Requirements

To use our templates, you need one of the following:

  • a free Google account to use Google Sheets; or
  • Microsoft Excel 2016 or later, or Microsoft 365, on Windows or Mac.

Most templates also work on tablets and phones through the Google Sheets or Excel apps, although some dashboards are easier to use on a larger screen.

10. Delivery and the EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, immediate delivery of your download link begins only after you have expressly requested it and acknowledged that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins.
